Prijzen en voorwaarden

Prices include:
– light
– water
– sun loungers
– swimming pool
– (municipal) jogging track 

The rent mentioned above is per accommodation and per week.

During the winter months (November to mid April) you can rent a 2 or 4 person apartment or a 6 or 8 person holiday home. The rates for this are listed in the first column plus € 35, – (for the heating). The tourist tax is € 0.75 cent per person per day. Prices do not include cleaning costs (these vary per accommodation and are between € 28 and € 75).

You pay 50% of the rent after reservation and 50% 2 months prior to your holiday.

The sheets, bathroom towels and kitchen towels are provided by us and washed weekly. The costs for this are € 11 per person per week.

You can pay this on the spot. The rent is always per living space and not per person!

There is a one person surcharge of € 125 per week if you come alone.

If you are visited by friends, who will dine with us in the evening, they pay 10 euros, per person, per day for the stay on the Mas Blanc.

In case of a cancellation you owe the entire travel sum. You will receive 50% return if your cancellation reaches us more than 2 months prior your arrival. If we have been able to rent the accommodation after all, you will receive everything return minus the costs.

Our administration office charges you € 15.00 per booking; for each time reminder and for the confirmation of a cancellation. If three reminders prove to be necessary, the Mas Blanc reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

Pets are allowed, after you have  consulted us in advance. The costs for a pet are € 4 per day.

Bring your tennis racket with you, because you can use the municipal tennis court for 5 euros per person for a whole week at the beginning of our ramp (1.6km).
